Founded in Bangkok in 2016, Ladaman by Pia reflects the creative spirit of Pia Braun, a passionate lover of color and an avid traveler. A Parisian at heart, Pia began her career in interior design before her personal life led her to Thailand.
An active life full of color
The infinite interplay of colors has always characterized his creations.
In 2002, she launched Pia's Home, a children's furniture concept centered around color.
Her fascination with gems and their vibrant hues led her to explore the world of precious stones. Introduced to gemology in Bangkok, the world capital of colored stones, she created her first jewelry collection, Mandala, which became the signature of her brand: Ladaman by Pia.

After 20 years in Asia, Pia has returned to Paris where she designs jewelry combining gold and precious or semi-precious stones. Her source of inspiration: the shape of a gemstone with its full range of tones that highlight its natural beauty. Her vibrant creations offer collections driven by her inspiration, as well as unique or custom-made pieces.

Behind the scenes of the creative process
Ladaman by Pia jewelry is an ode to color, where each creation explores forms in their imperfection and the most subtle nuances.
To source her stones, Pia travels to Europe, Asia, and the United States, attending prestigious trade shows like the Gemfair in Tucson. She selects Double Rose Cut® stones, delicately cut on each side, prized for their unique aesthetic and irregular character. Her artistic approach: to leave the gem uncircled, thus highlighting its original shape. To add a subtle sparkle, a diamond is set in the bail of a pendant or the ring of an earring.
The slices signed Ladaman by Pia
For the 'Diamond Slice' collection, Ladaman by Pia offers refined and delicate jewelry designed to feel like jewelry against the skin. Each piece, distinguished by its finesse, creates a perfect harmony between the stone and the skin. These creations are made from finely cut slices of rough diamond, set in a thin gold border.
Pia particularly enjoys working with these slices, which tell a story through their shapes, colors and natural inclusions, thus offering characterful jewelry with a sparkling brilliance.
All our jewelry is handcrafted in our Bangkok workshop by our jewelers, respecting traditional artisanal techniques. Made of 9 or 14 karat gold, our pieces combine durability and refinement.
9-carat gold (37.5% pure gold) is prized for its everyday durability, while 14-carat gold (58.5% pure gold) offers a good compromise between durability and brilliance.
Each alloy meets current standards and guarantees creations designed to last. Our jewelry is set with precious and semi-precious stones sourced ethically.
Ladaman by Pia can also produce custom pieces in 18-carat yellow, rose or white gold upon request.
