After-Sales Service and Warranty

 

Our jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase, upon presentation of the purchase invoice or certificate of authenticity.

LADAMAN by PIA warranties only cover manufacturing defects.

Any damage resulting from misuse will not be covered by the brand.
In this case, an assessment will be carried out by our workshops and will result in a quote to be paid by the client.

 

Our warranty applies under normal use.

 

The warranty does not cover aging, wear and tear and alteration due to the use of perfume, nor deterioration, breakage or loss resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance or third-party intervention.

 

To inform us of a problem concerning one of our pieces of jewelry.

The customer can send an email to: sav@ladamanbypia.com with a photo of the damaged jewelry along with the invoice and a comment on how it was damaged.
We will confirm whether or not the product has been returned, the nature of the return process, and provide you with the necessary instructions.

 

The return of the jewelry is at the customer's expense. It is therefore advisable to use registered mail.

Please pack your product properly and with all due care, taking its value into account. Any damage, destruction, or loss resulting from inadequate packaging will be your sole responsibility.

 

LADAMAN by PIA declines all responsibility for any loss or theft of your product during transport, which is your sole responsibility.
