General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Pierranne Jonglez – Brand: LADAMAN BY PIA, registered with the RCS of Versailles, France under number 412 265 886, and the customer, defined as the person making a remote purchase through the website www.LADAMANBYPIA.COM and accepting these general terms and conditions of sale.
These terms specify, in particular, the conditions of ordering, payment, delivery, and management of any product returns.
The customer may consult these terms at any time by clicking on the “Conditions” link. Any order placed implies the customer’s full and final acceptance of all the general terms and conditions of sale presented below.
Products
The products offered for sale are those visible on the LADAMAN BY PIA website on the day of consultation by the customer.
For products featuring colored stones, variations may exist between the online image and the actual product.
Such differences may result from screen settings or lighting during photography. LADAMAN BY PIA cannot be held liable for these variations, and the validity of the order remains unaffected.
The website is regularly updated to ensure accurate stock levels. However, due to the unique nature of some of our pieces, stock shortages may occur. Availability is indicated in each product description.
If the customer wishes to obtain additional information, they are invited to contact Customer Service by telephone or email.
Orders
To place an order, the customer must complete the form provided online, entering all necessary identification details: first name, last name, postal address, telephone number, and email.
After selecting the products, the customer definitively validates the order by clicking to confirm their commitment and acceptance of the Terms & Conditions, after reviewing the order summary displayed on screen.
Any order placed with LADAMAN BY PIA will be confirmed by sending an order confirmation email.
Payment
All product prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (€ VAT included).
Prices may be updated at any time. The price applied is the one displayed at the moment the order is recorded (except in the case of typographical errors).
Delivery and insurance fees are the responsibility of the customer and are added to the product price.
The customer will always be informed of these costs before final order confirmation, and the total amount (products + delivery) must be paid upon order confirmation.
Acceptance of payment implies acceptance of the associated delivery fees. These fees cannot be used as grounds to cancel the order after final validation.
Payment Methods
Payment must be made according to the instructions in the order form.
The customer may pay by credit/debit card.
Accepted cards: CB, MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express®.
The customer guarantees that they are in good standing with their card issuer at the time of order validation.
Financial information is transmitted via an encrypted protocol to STRIPE or any other institution providing remote electronic payment services, without any third party gaining access.
Delivery
Delivery is free for orders over €300 within mainland France and €1,000 for international deliveries.
Delivery times are indicative.
Please note that during peak activity or exceptional circumstances, delays may extend by 72 working hours.
Shipments are made Monday through Friday only.
Products are delivered to the address indicated on the customer’s order form, which may differ from the billing address.
Upon receipt, the customer must check the condition of the parcel and products.

Delivery methods:

Mainland France: Colissimo or Chronopost with signature – 2 to 5 working days

European Union: Chronopost or Chronopost Express with signature – 2 to 10 working days depending on country and destination
A tracking number will be emailed after shipment.

Customs fees or other import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to withdraw, without providing any justification.
The 14-day period begins on the day the customer receives the ordered item.
Return requests must be emailed, with the invoice attached, to ladamanbypia.com before the deadline.
The product must be returned by postal mail at the same time to:

(the postmark date serves as proof).
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, who remains responsible for the parcel until its reception by LADAMAN BY PIA. We recommend taking all necessary precautions to prevent loss, theft, or damage.
LADAMAN BY PIA will refund the customer within 14 working days after being informed of the withdrawal. However, the refund may be delayed until the product has been received and inspected.
Refunds will only be issued if ALL conditions below are met:

The product must not have been worn, used, modified, damaged, or handled in a way that prevents resale in new condition.

The product must not have been custom-made (ring resizing is considered custom-made).

The product must be returned in its original packaging with the purchase invoice.

Sale items are not refundable but may be exchanged or credited.

Personal Data
Information transmitted on LADAMANBYPIA.com is handled securely using industry-standard protocols.
Payment card numbers are not stored on ladamanbypia.com but on the secure server of our banking provider.
The seller agrees not to disclose the customer’s information to third parties.
All information is confidential and used solely to process orders.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, correct, or object to your personal data.

Applicable Law
These general terms and the contract are governed by French law.
Modifications & Updates:
The terms may be updated regularly, particularly to reflect regulatory changes. The new terms apply from the date they are posted online and for all orders placed thereafter.
Returns for Defective Products
In case of a defective product, please contact us for assistance.

This allows us to assess whether the product is repairable.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and the shipment must include tracking and proof of delivery.
If LADAMAN BY PIA is at fault or the product is defective, return shipping costs will be reimbursed.

Ring Resizing
All our rings follow standard European sizing (mainly size 53).
If you do not know your European size, we strongly recommend having it measured by a jeweler. You may also download our ring size guide, print it at 100%, or book an appointment at our Paris showroom.
Your ring should fit comfortably: snug enough not to fall off, but loose enough to slide over your knuckle.
Finger size varies depending on time of day and temperature. For best accuracy, measure your finger at the end of the day and when warm (fingers shrink when cold or early morning).
Please note that resizing is not always possible.
